Is there no end to this girl's talent?Really lovely work again Leeann, Urimee just looks enchanting.
Thank you very much Peter! Just posted a Triple Life WIP piece now! I'll be too busy during the break meeting up with people to get real work done, hence the sudden burst of artwork here. (One of my tutors watches my blog!! Agh!)Might keep an eye out for that graphic novel you posted a recent article about - btw, I just bought a copy of Junko Mizuno's Pure Trance yesterday. Very trippy and VERY morally grey :p, but I really wanted to read it for YONKS, and I liked it very much! You ought to check it out, but keep it well away from the kiddies, if you know of Mizuno's work...
Leeann I'm going to check it out today and thanks for the advice about keeping it away from the kiddies.Too Late!!!Is all I can say, they were weaned on Ren and Stimpy and one of the little shits got their hands on my RanXerox books after which the damage was done. They both left home early to pursue a rock n' roll lifestyle, one's living in New York while his younger brother is on tour with his band supporting The Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.I ought to mention that the book that really did bang the final nail in the coffin of either of them ever conforming was the unputdownable "Please Kill Me" by Legs McNeil chronicling the punk movement in New York and Detroit from the mid 60's to the early 90's
... ಠ_ಠ And now I shall change the subject - 'I ought to have an account on Facebook (for networking with friends and companies), yay or nay?' I was thinking about it for the past few days, and all of my housemates/classmates/tutors are on there too.
